Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at support@internationalglownyc.com with your order number. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals, stickers, and accessories intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery via the email above.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect on arrival:

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, hair, or personal-care items
  • Beauty tools, applicators, or devices that have contacted skin
  • Gift cards and downloadable/digital products
  • Final-sale or clearance items

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@internationalglownyc.com with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we process the refund for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or card account, then contact your card issuer. If you still need help, email us at support@internationalglownyc.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us to request an exchange; we’ll provide instructions with your RMA.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may be refunded as a store credit to you. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping your return

  • Unless we made an error or the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • For your protection, use a trackable shipping service; we aren’t responsible for returns we don’t receive.
  • If your order qualified for “free shipping,” we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from a refund for non-defective returns.

International orders

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not refundable by International Glow NYC. Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
